Gate Towers, Abu Dhabi

The Gate Towers development is one of the largest mixed-use residential complexes delivered in Abu Dhabi and stands as a testament to ACC’s capability in executing large-scale, high-rise projects of significant technical complexity. The development’s defining feature comprises three 64-storey residential towers supporting a skybridge of penthouses, complemented by a 22-storey Arc building. All structures are integrated through three basement levels, a ground floor, and a five-storey podium of approximately 460,000 sq ft that accommodates townhouses, parking, retail, and extensive leisure and community amenities. The development is also connected to the BOUTIK Mall via a skybridge, enhancing convenience and pedestrian connectivity. 

ACC delivered full substructure and superstructure works, architectural finishes, MEP installations, façade systems, and vertical transportation. The skybridge required advanced structural engineering and precise load transfer coordination, while the large podium and multi-tower interface demanded complex services integration and high-performance circulation planning. The podium incorporates extensive lifestyle and recreation facilities, including pools, fitness areas, courts, indoor activity spaces, and landscaped relaxation zones. 

ACC managed a phased and logistically intensive construction programme supported by efficient formwork systems, disciplined sequencing, controlled material flows, and rigorous HSE and quality assurance measures. Delivered in close collaboration with project partners, Gate Towers stands today as a defining residential landmark on Al Reem Island, combining architectural presence, scale, and community-driven urban living.
