Princess Tower, Dubai

The Princess Tower is a 414-metre residential skyscraper located in Dubai Marina and is recognised as one of the tallest residential towers in the world. The development comprises 107 floors offering luxury apartments, duplexes, and penthouses with panoramic views across the Arabian Gulf and the Marina skyline. The podium levels house retail, lifestyle, and community amenities, while the tower’s architectural profile contributes to the defining silhouette of Dubai Marina. 

ACC served as the main contractor responsible for full substructure and superstructure construction, architectural finishing, MEP system integration, façade installation, and vertical transportation. The height and slender profile of the tower required advanced structural engineering, post-tensioned slab systems, and high-precision construction sequencing to manage vertical progression. Careful coordination was maintained to ensure quality and safety across complex high-rise works, with particular attention given to façade alignment and wind-load performance at height.
