An ultra-luxury mixed-use development, the project comprises two high-rise towers shaped by complex engineering and premium hospitality standards. Tower 1 stands at 237 m and includes two basements, four podium levels, hotel suites, branded residences, penthouses, and two mechanical floors to support high-performance building systems. Tower 2 rises to 150 m and is dedicated to high-end residences, with two basements, amenity levels, and exclusive private living spaces. 

ACC’s scope covers full substructure and superstructure works, architectural finishes, MEP systems, façade delivery, and vertical transportation. Integrating a five-star hotel and branded residences within one coordinated development requires precise interdisciplinary coordination, structural optimisation, and advanced services planning. Particular emphasis is placed on building envelope performance, resilience of mechanical and electrical systems, and secure, efficient circulation for both residents and guests. 

Appointed as the main works contractor, ACC is mobilising for a fast-track construction programme supported by innovative formwork systems, disciplined sequencing, and rigorous quality and HSE controls. Close collaboration with H&H, Studio Libeskind, and 1508 London ensures architectural intent is maintained while delivering to exacting luxury standards. Once completed, Baccarat Hotel & Residences will stand as a technically sophisticated and iconic addition to the Downtown Dubai skyline.
