Capital Plaza, Abu Dhabi
Capital Plaza is an integrated mixed-use development delivered by ACC on a compact site along Abu Dhabi’s Corniche, overlooking the Arabian Gulf. With a total built-up area of approximately 247,000 m², the complex comprises five towers rising up to 52 storeys, uniting residential, hospitality, office, and retail functions within one coordinated masterplan.
The development includes a hotel tower, an office tower, and three residential towers positioned above a seven-storey podium containing a shopping mall with retail outlets, dining, and a multiplex cinema centred around a full-height atrium. The podium roof accommodates landscaped amenities including swimming pools, gardens, and outdoor leisure areas, creating an elevated urban retreat within the city centre.
