Mashreq Bank Headquarters, Dubai

ACC delivered the 32-storey, 165-metre Mashreq Bank Headquarters, a prominent corporate tower situated along Dubai’s urban corridor. Designed by SOM, the development reflects refined architectural expression and contemporary commercial workplace standards. With a built-up area of approximately 71,000 m², the tower accommodates premium office floors, retail banking spaces, conference and meeting facilities, an auditorium, and landscaped terraces that support a high-quality working environment. 

The L-shaped floor plate opens toward the north to ensure efficient spatial layouts and adaptable workspace configurations. The tower’s glass façades are articulated with a coordinated system of horizontal and vertical shading elements, optimising daylight while reducing solar gain and contributing to energy performance. The shading devices also create depth and visual interest, offering varied perspectives from different vantage points across the city. 

ACC was responsible for full construction execution, including the tower’s substructure and superstructure, façade delivery, architectural finishing, MEP systems, vertical transportation, fit-out of corporate interior environments, and completion of external works. The project was delivered to meet LEED Gold Certification standards, reflecting both sustainable building performance and careful material and systems coordination.
