Emaar Misr appointed ACC to deliver multiple construction packages within Marassi, the flagship Mediterranean seafront development on Egypt’s North Coast. Marassi is recognised for its resort lifestyle environment, luxury residential communities, integrated hospitality, retail, and marina facilities. The development is positioned as one of the most sought-after beachfront destinations in the region. 

Building on a proven track record of collaboration, ACC was contracted to execute several phases of residential and mixed-use construction across the masterplan. This included the delivery of 22 buildings under Packages 108 and 109, followed by an additional 21 buildings under Packages 121 and 122. ACC’s scope covered full structural works, architectural finishes, MEP services installation, landscape coordination, and interface management with surrounding infrastructure and amenities. 

ACC’s delivery approach ensured design consistency, quality execution, and coordinated phasing to align with Emaar Misr’s broader development timeline. The completed works contribute to establishing Marassi as a world-class waterfront community, combining Mediterranean-inspired architecture with contemporary residential and leisure living.
