Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi is a five-star luxury hospitality development located on Al Maryah Island, forming a key component of Abu Dhabi’s central business and lifestyle district. The property features a striking sculptural façade and world-class interiors, offering premium guest accommodation, serviced residences, dining venues, wellness facilities, event spaces, and landscaped waterfront terraces that overlook the Arabian Gulf. 

ACC served as the main contractor for the full delivery of the hotel, including substructure and superstructure construction, architectural finishes, specialist joinery, MEP systems, façade works, and hard and soft landscaping. The curved façade geometry and high-precision exterior panel interfaces required advanced coordination between structural and envelope systems. Luxury interior fit-outs were executed to Rosewood’s global brand standards, incorporating bespoke stonework, custom timber elements, and premium material selections sourced from international suppliers. 

ACC’s delivery emphasised technical precision, seamless integration of building services, and exacting attention to detail, ensuring the project achieved both its architectural intent and its elevated hospitality experience. Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi stands as a refined waterfront destination combining contemporary luxury, cultural sophistication, and urban connectivity.
