Almas Towers, Dubai

Almas Tower is a major commercial high-rise development located in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers district and serves as the headquarters of the Dubai Diamond Exchange. The development comprises two intersecting elliptical towers positioned above a sculpted three-storey podium. The primary tower rises 360 metres over 65 storeys, while the secondary tower reaches 240 metres across 54 storeys. Four basement levels accommodate structured parking, plant rooms, and supporting building infrastructure. 

The tower configuration, combined with its waterfront setting and distinctive façade expression, establishes Almas Tower as a prominent corporate address within Dubai’s commercial skyline. 

ACC delivered full construction works for the towers and podium structure, including substructure and superstructure execution, architectural finishes, façade systems, vertical transportation, and MEP services integration. Particular attention was placed on the coordination of high-rise core progression, façade performance under climatic conditions, and efficient vertical circulation planning to support premium commercial occupancy.
