D3 Phase II

Design Quarter at d3 – Phase 2 is a mixed-use development delivered for Meraas (Dubai Holding Real Estate) within the Dubai Design District, a hub for design, fashion, and creative industries. The development comprises six Grade A office buildings (G+7, approximately 52 metres) and three luxury residential towers rising up to 180 metres across 39 floors. All buildings are positioned above a two-level landscaped podium integrating retail, community amenities, and shared open spaces that encourage street-level activation and a walkable district environment. The project is certified as a Green Project under Dubai Municipality sustainability standards. 

ACC’s scope includes full substructure and superstructure works, architectural finishes, MEP systems, façade installation, vertical transportation, and hard and soft landscaping across the podium and public realm. Delivery requires coordinated structural interfacing between the office and residential components, precise services integration, and phased handover sequencing to support staged development of the broader d3 precinct. 

Design Quarter at d3 – Phase 2 reinforces the district as a live–work–create destination, combining high-performance workspace, contemporary residential living, and activated community environments in one cohesive development.
