Ramhan Island Development
ACC has been appointed by Eagle Hills to deliver approximately 500 luxury villas as part of the Ramhan Island development, a major new waterfront community located off the coast of Abu Dhabi. The island spans more than 4 million square metres and is being developed as an exclusive residential and hospitality destination with direct access to the surrounding waterways and natural marine landscape.
The wider masterplan includes 1,800 villas, 900 residences, a luxury hotel offering, retail and dining districts, and an extensive marina-oriented public realm. The development will also feature a Ritz-Carlton Reserve hotel, with 50 one- to four-bedroom private villas, including floating villas positioned above the water, further elevating Ramhan Island as a unique coastal lifestyle destination.
ACC’s contract covers the construction of approximately 500 high-end villas, including full substructure and superstructure execution, architectural finishing, MEP system integration, external landscaping, and infrastructure connections. Delivery requires phased sequencing across multiple villa clusters, coordinated logistics for island-based construction, and consistent application of luxury material and finishing standards.
This engagement reinforces ACC’s continued role in the delivery of premium waterfront residential environments across the UAE and supports the creation of Ramhan Island as a new benchmark in coastal living and destination development.
