Alinma Bank HQ, Riyadh

Saudi Arabian Construction Company (SACC), part of ACC Group, is delivering the main construction works for Alinma Bank’s new headquarters in Riyadh. Strategically located in the Al-Yasmeen District with direct access to King Fahad Road and King Salman Road, the development reflects Alinma Bank’s continued growth and long-term commitment to the Kingdom’s financial sector. 

The headquarters tower rises 214 metres across 42 storeys, with a total built-up area of approximately 151,714 m² and capacity for more than 2,000 employees. The project also includes seven basement levels for parking and services, alongside a four-storey support building incorporating a Tier IV data centre, multi-purpose halls, cafes and childcare facilities. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the tower is envisioned as one of Riyadh’s most distinctive Grade A commercial properties. 

SACC is responsible for the full construction of the tower and support facilities, including substructure and superstructure works, MEP systems, façade delivery, vertical transportation and integrated fit-out coordination. Delivery requires advanced technical planning, high-performance building systems and rigorous quality management to achieve the standards required for a premium financial headquarters environment. 

The Alinma Bank Headquarters will stand as a key addition to the Riyadh skyline, supporting operational efficiency, employee wellbeing and institutional presence.
