Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi

ACC has been appointed by Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) to deliver the majority of the luxury villas forming part of the prestigious Jubail Island master development. Located between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island, Jubail Island is envisioned as a sustainable, low-density residential community set amidst Abu Dhabi’s protected mangrove reserves. 

The development comprises six distinct communities designed around the island’s natural topography and waterfront environment. Reflecting its sustainability vision, Jubail Island integrates the existing mangrove ecosystems and includes dedicated conservation and leisure zones such as the Jubail Mangrove Park and an eco-retreat. The project combines contemporary architecture, landscaped public spaces, and tranquil waterfront settings to create a harmonious residential destination anchored in environmental stewardship. 

ACC is delivering multiple major construction packages encompassing more than 700 luxury villas across the masterplan. Scope includes full structural works, architectural finishes, MEP installations, infrastructure connections, and landscaping. Delivery involves simultaneous construction across several communities, requiring coordinated planning, resource management, and consistent quality control across varied villa typologies. 

This large-scale involvement highlights ACC’s capability in building high-end residential neighbourhoods that balance modern living with natural surroundings, supporting Jubail Island’s vision of refined, sustainable coastal living.
