Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina

ACC has been appointed by Select Group to construct Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, a landmark residential skyscraper set to become one of the tallest and most distinguished branded residences globally. Situated within Dubai Marina’s iconic skyline, the tower will elevate the standard of vertical luxury living in one of the world’s most recognised high-rise districts.

The project is architecturally designed by Woods Bagot and engineered by WSP, with the development targeting LEED Silver Certification. The tower emphasises spatial wellness, refined living environments, and high-performance building systems. Residences and amenities are designed to maximise views, natural light, and comfort while delivering an elevated branded residential experience aligned with the Six Senses identity.

ACC is responsible for full main works construction, including substructure and superstructure execution, high-rise core progression, façade delivery, MEP integration, architectural finishing, and vertical transportation systems. Due to the tower’s height and structural profile, delivery requires advanced engineering coordination, precise sequencing, specialist formwork systems, and high-rise construction methodologies – capabilities strengthened through ACC’s proven track record in delivering complex supertall developments across the region.
