The Podium, Cairo Festival City, Egypt

The Podium is a commercial development located within Cairo Festival City, south of Downtown Mall, designed to serve as a corporate hub for multinational firms and leading regional organisations. The development features six G+5 commercial office buildings arranged on a 160 m x 410 m plot, with a total built-up area of approximately 1,705 sqm per building and an efficiency rate of 89%. Flexible floor plate configurations support a range of tenancy needs, from full-floor single corporate occupancies to multi-tenant layouts ranging between 75 sqm and 300 sqm units. The architectural language features clean contemporary lines and a formal façade character, establishing The Podium as a distinct and recognisable business destination within the district. 

ACC was appointed to deliver the full construction scope for The Podium, including substructure and superstructure works, architectural finishes, façade systems, MEP installations, site development, and external hard and soft landscaping. Efficient services integration and clear vertical and horizontal circulation planning were essential to support multi-tenant adaptability. ACC implemented disciplined sequencing and quality management to ensure a cohesive and high-performing commercial environment aligned with Cairo Festival City’s broader development standards. 

The Podium stands today as a modern commercial precinct that supports business community growth and contributes to the continued development of Cairo Festival City as a leading urban mixed-use destination.
