Ras El Hekma Development
Arabian Construction Company (ACC) has been awarded the DP04 package at Modon’s landmark Ras El Hekma development on Egypt’s North Coast, further strengthening the company’s portfolio of large-scale mixed-use and residential developments across the Middle East.
ACC will deliver a comprehensive package of residential, community and infrastructure works within the Wadi Yemm – M1 Precinct, one of the first districts to be developed as part of the transformational Ras El Hekma masterplan.
Developed by Modon Ras El Hekma for Development SAE, with Hill International serving as Project Management Consultant and Engineer, the project will be delivered over a 21-month construction programme.
The award includes the construction of 54 residential villas and a residents’ clubhouse with a combined built-up area of approximately 58,936 square metres, alongside extensive enabling infrastructure that will support the wider community.
ACC Scope of Works
ACC’s scope also includes the delivery of:
- Roads and utility infrastructure
- Public realm and landscape works
- The 230,792 square metre Wadi Park
- More than 60,000 square metres of public landscaping
- Approximately 68,000 square metres of roads
- Architectural, MEP, landscape and external works under the project’s provisional scope
Project Delivery
Located on Egypt’s Mediterranean coastline, Ras El Hekma is one of the country’s most ambitious urban developments and forms part of a landmark Egypt-UAE partnership to create a next-generation coastal city. The masterplan combines residential communities, hospitality, commercial districts, public spaces and sustainable infrastructure within a 170-square-kilometre waterfront destination designed to support long-term economic growth and tourism.
The Wadi Yemm precinct represents one of the first residential communities within the development, bringing together beachfront living, landscaped public spaces, community amenities and supporting infrastructure to establish the foundations of the new city.
The award reflects ACC’s continued ability to deliver complex, integrated developments that combine residential construction with large-scale infrastructure and public realm works. With nearly six decades of experience delivering landmark projects across the Middle East and Africa, ACC continues to partner with leading developers to create communities that support national development priorities and long-term urban growth.
