ACC India has recently been selected as the Main Contractor to build the prestigious Versace Tower by Unity Group Delhi. This 45-level luxury residential development is part of the Amaryllis Residential Development located in the heart of Delhi’s CBD.
This project is part of a 40-acre development and comprises of a branded luxury twin tower, developed in association with Gianni Versace. Once completed, it would be the tallest approved tower in Delhi at 182 metres in height. The twin tower comprises of 3 Basement + Ground + 45 floors and encompasses 160 ultra-luxury apartments with interiors designed by Versace Home.
