Quality Policy

ACC is committed to the effective implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 standard - Quality Management Systems & contractual Requirements.

ACC Top Management shall:

  • Ensure the quality policy and its objectives have been set and are maintained, monitored to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the use of process approach and risk-based thinking.
  • Compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure that competent resources needed for the QMS are available.
  • Communicate the importance of effective management of business processes to achieve its intended results.
  • Promote continual process improvement.

This policy and ACC’s performance under the policy will be reviewed annually as part of the Management Review to ensure continual improvement of Quality standards in the organization. The CEO shall approve the revised policy.
