ACC’s scope included the main building works, external works and infrastructure to:

  • Terenecia Villas, comprising 50 standalone villas.
  • Alba Alyiah Villas, comprising 44 standalone villas.
  • Alto 9 Buildings, comprising 9 apartment blocks.
