Amongst the skyscrapers under construction at the moment will be the Six Senses Tower in Dubai Marina. Located on a block where ACC has already delivered some of the world’s tallest residential buildings, ACC will be delivering this majestic structure that will tower over the city at a height of 520m tall.

Recent examples include the recently delivered Fountain Views project in Dubai. The imposing development consists of three high-rise towers, a 59-storey tower consisting of 283 serviced apartments, another 59-storey tower with 290 residential apartments and the middle tower being a 65-storey 5-star hotel. Sitting a top of a multi-level podium that offers retail and office space and is directly connected to the worlds largest shipping mall, The Dubai Mall. The Fountain Views Mixed Use development is well over 500,000 square metres in built up area.
A proud achievement is the recently completed Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Mosque in the city of Al Ain. A tribute to the former ruler, this Grand Mosque is one the most iconic and prominent architectural monuments of Islamic architecture in the UAE. ACC was also responsible in the regeneration of Phase 1 of the Heritage Quarter in Downtown Doha – the World’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project which saw ACC revive the old commercial district of Doha to become a new commercial, tourist and museum attraction.
ACC also delivered the Abu Dhabi Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest and most recognisable mosques in the World. This magnificent building, with room for over 40,000 worshippers, is one of the world’s most recognisable landmarks and a major tourist attraction for the UAE.
