World One is a 280-metre-high development which stands proudly as one of the tallest towers in India.
Rising 76 floors, the World One tower set a new precedent for construction in India. A key challenge for the ACC team was to deliver the super high-rise construction and in parallel assist the local authorities in the intricacies and delivery methodologies of tall tower construction as local codes were inadequate due to the nature of the design.
ACC combined its extensive international experience with local knowledge and practices that resulted in solutions that met international requirements and best practices without diluting local requirements.
Considered one of the most sought after addresses in India due to its unique design and quality of work, the World One towers has set the benchmark for quality and luxury.
Abu Dhabi World Trade Centre is a fully integrated mixed-use development made up of an office tower, residential tower, mall, souk and hotel. The development has won many awards including the “Best Tall Building in the Middle East and Africa” by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
One of the most recognisable and visually pleasing landmarks in Abu Dhabi, the award-winning 92-storey residential tower, The Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid, is 382 m high and is the tallest building in Abu Dhabi.

Designed by world renowned architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), The Address Residence Sky View is a striking hotel, residence and serviced apartment twin-tower complex, located in Downtown Dubai.
The 61-storey Tower One contains serviced apartments, a spa and the “Sky Collection” – luxury apartments above the Bridge Deck. The 56-storey Tower Two will contain a 167 key 5-star hotel and serviced apartments.
The towers are linked by a three-level Sky Bridge at floor 51, offering 360-degree vistas of Downtown Dubai and panoramic views of the Gulf. It includes an open leisure deck with pool; recreational, restaurant and bar facilities; a public viewing deck and a fully glazed cantilevered Skywalk accessed from Tower Two via dedicated panoramic shuttle elevators. The towers rise from a three-level mixed-use podium, constituting the hotel entrance and lobby; hotel restaurants; hotel ballroom; recreational facilities; outdoor pools and landscaped leisure areas; serviced apartment entrances and lobbies; and retail components. The 34-storey tower is a dramatic modern structure covered with reflective glass which was chosen for its daytime shimmer and its night-time luminescence. The curvilinear architecture of the 470-feet tall building is designed to suggest movement in this vibrant city, and the inspiration for the interiors of the hotel comes from the meeting of land and sea, desert and sky.
ACC is currently delivering Northern India’s signature development that will mark the Delhi skyline.
The Spira, part of the luxury Supernova Development in Noida, will be the tallest tower in Northern India, standing at 80 floors and rising to 300 metres and will eventually be the second tallest tower in India.
It will offer two luxury hotels, premium and luxury retail brands, offices and 13-floors of serviced residences and apartments.
The tower will have a helipad, an observatory deck, an exclusive clubhouse, high-tech and high-speed elevators and boast a panoramic view of the Okhla bird sanctuary.
Capital Plaza is a mixed-use development located on a compact site in the heart of the Abu Dhabi CBD along the city’s Corniche, facing the Arabian Gulf. With a total area of 247,000 m2, the project contains five distinct towers with heights ranging up to fifty-two stories.
The project includes one hotel, one office, and three residential towers, all located above a seven-story shopping mall podium. The mall contains a food court, a multiplex cinema and retail spaces organised around a full-height atrium space. Residential/hotel amenities include two swimming pools and gardens located on the podium roof.
ACC was appointed to deliver Volante, one of the most prestigious luxury residential buildings in Dubai. Volante is a 35-floor residential tower comprising of 45 exceptional apartments overlooking the Dubai Canal and the Burj Khalifa.
Collaborating closely with the client, ACC delivered a project that is specified with the finest materials, finishes and craftsmanship available in the global market that have resulted in 45 of the most prestigious and remarkable apartments and penthouses built in Dubai.
Volante also includes the suite of amenities one would expect in such a building including a spa, gym, sauna, treatment rooms and steam room; a lounge area including a coffee bar, conference room and cinema; and an outdoor pool deck including an infinity pool, BBQ area and external spa treatment areas.
The striking Gate Towers is the largest mixed-use development undertaken in Abu Dhabi and was proudly delivered by ACC. This complex project is of sheer size, scale and complexity unmatched worldwide bar a few other developments and is a testament to ACC’s capability and capacity to deliver.
Its most imposing structure is comprised of three 64-storey residential towers providing pillar support for a sky bridge of penthouses. Balancing this monument is a 22-storey residential Arc structure. All buildings are joined by three basement levels, ground floor, and a five-storey podium containing townhouses, car parking and retail shops. The project is linked by a sky bridge to the BOUTIK mall.
Facilities within the project include several gymnasiums, squash courts, a movie theatre, recreational rooms and indoor children’s playrooms. The huge podium has 460,000sqft of sporting and leisure amenities including two public pools with 25 m lap lanes, a lazy river, children’s pools, shaded children’s play areas, running tracks, tennis and multipurpose courts, and garden lounge areas spread throughout.
ACC proudly delivered the Etihad Towers in 2012, a development containing five stunning towers that sparkle iridescently in the waters of the Arabian Gulf.
Rising majestically from its beachside setting, Etihad Towers’ dramatic sculptural form and spectacular design are an icon of the Abu Dhabi skyline. This unique and prestigious mixed-use complex is made up of five towers ranging from 54 to 75 floors and cover an area of over 400,000 m².
