Laguna Bay

The Laguna Bay Project is a residential compound located in Abidjan’s Riviera Golf district.  The Project is designed by SAOTA and is currently being executed by M/S Arabian Construction Co. (ACC).  The development is centrally located, providing residents with ample convenience and a desirable living experience.  The project comprises of ultramodern villas and low-rise apartment buildings.

 

The compound offers a serene and relaxing environment, beautifully landscaped to create an oasis of tranquility.  It boasts a wide range of sports, recreational, and social facilities, ensuring that residents have ample opportunities for leisure and entertainment.  The project comprises various elements, including three types of villas designed to cater to diverse tastes and preferences, which includes:

 

  • Villa A: There are 5 units of Villa A, each featuring five bedrooms along with a garden and pool.
  • Villa B: The compound consists of 4 units of Villa B, which offer four bedrooms, a garden, and a pool.
  • Villa C: 6 units of Villa C are available, each featuring three bedrooms and a garden.

 

In addition to the villas, there are three types of apartment buildings within the compound, providing diverse housing options, which include:

 

  • Building type 1: The compound offers 8 units of Building type 1, comprising three and four-bedroom apartments with mezzanines and ground floor gardens.
  • Building type 2: There are 2 units of Building type 2, which feature three-bedroom apartments with mezzanines and ground floor gardens.
  • Building type 3: The compound includes 8 units of Building type 3, offering two and three-bedroom apartments with mezzanines and ground floor gardens.

 

Further, the compound includes several well-designed buildings and facilities. These include:

 

  • The Clubhouse: This building is divided into two zones, housing administrative offices and leisure facilities. The ground floor features a Lounge Bar and Pool, while the first floor houses a gym and related amenities.
  • Service Building: The Service Building encompasses technical rooms in the basement and a children’s playground on the ground floor.
  • Maintenance Building: The Maintenance Building consists of a basement with maintenance staff workshops and storage rooms, as well as offices on the ground floor.
  • Gate houses:  2 gate houses are positioned at the entrance to ensure proper security control and access.

Novotel-Adagio Hotel

The project is situated at the intersection of two major thoroughfares in Abidjan, specifically in the central area of Marcory. It has been designed by M/S Ghouyoum architectures & designs, developed by M/S NORR Group, and is being executed by M/S Arabian Construction Co. (ACC).

The project encompasses the construction of a 17-floor Novotel hotel, an 11-floor Adagio aparthotel, a shared area between the two hotels, two basement car park levels that cover the entire plot area, as well as a podium comprising a ballroom, swimming pool, landscaping, and external works.

The combined complex of Novotel with 201 rooms and Adagio with 110 apartments is strategically located in the heart of the Marcory district, which is a suburban area within the capital city of Côte d’Ivoire, Abidjan. This location offers convenient proximity to the airport, making it an ideal choice for international and regional business travelers in transit.

Novotel hotel boasts 201 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, and a dedicated fitness area.

Adagio aparthotel provides flexible accommodations with around-the-clock staff availability, offering 110 modern apartments equipped with all necessary amenities.

Cité Administrative

Arabian Construction Company (ACC) has successfully secured the contract to execute “Cité Administrative” project in Calavi, Benin.

 

The project spans across a vast, 40-hectare site, featuring a total built-up area of approximately 94,000m2.  The scope of work encompasses construction of 16 administrative buildings, each consisting of a ground floor and three additional floors.  Additionally, the project includes other essential amenities such as a restaurant, conference center, medical center, three maquis (food courts), as well as auxiliary buildings comprising of three electrical transformers and generator rooms and a guard house.  Notably, the contract scope also covers external road works (hardscape), landscaping and water features to enhance the overall appeal of the site.

 

The project features an impressive architectural design with the 16 buildings symmetrically arranged on both sides of a tree-lined pedestrian axis.  To ensure a pleasant transition between the buildings, a meandering concrete ribbon gracefully traverses the site, reminiscent of a nearby river.  This feature provides a shaded and cool pathway connecting each building.  The buildings themselves are organized into eight offset bands, featuring a minimalist and elegant aesthetics. Perimeter walkways equipped with vertical concrete slats act as sunshades, offering protection and a unique architectural touch.  All buildings are oriented north-south, with thoughtfully distributed parking spaces to the east and west of each structure.

 

As we embark on this significant, landmark project, we look forward to leveraging our expertise and experience to deliver a remarkable project that not only meets the client’s expectations but also contributes to the development of Calavi, Benin.

H&CO Building and Penthouse Project

The H&Co. Project is located in Douala, Cameron, designed by BAD “Built by Associative Data” and executed by Arabian Construction Company (ACC).

 

The Development is designed and aimed with an idea of refining the urban living in Douala, by incorporating a touch of luxury.  H&Co., once completed, will stand tall as an epitome of luxury, a prestigious residential tower, encompassing apartments, private penthouse with an area of 12,000 m2.

 

The residential tower offers a range of 30 apartments (single & family dwelling) consisting of Type A, B & C, with multitude of amenities that includes a kids’ pool, play area, gym, kitchen, barbeque area, private storages and about 66 Nos. underground parking.

Abatta Village

Designed by Koffi & Diabaté Architectes, developed and currently being constructed by Arabian Construction Co. (ACC), this project extends over 3 hectares of greenery and is a mixed eco-district located on the shores of the Lagoon at Abidjan city, Côte d’Ivoire.

 

The development features a Residential Complex encompassing 226 apartments divided into 190 apartments ranging from Townhouse Duplex Apartments, 5 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartments (F5 & F2), 3 bedroom apartments (F3), and 4 Room Apartment (F4) to 5 Room Apartment (F5).  It also has commercial and leisure spaces including a pedestrian promenade with a marina and restaurant areas, a clubhouse with its restaurant and nursery, a gym and 3 sports fields, a swimming pool with a children’s pool, and retail gallery.  The development also has an office building.

 

Covered with more than 40% green spaces across the overall development, Abatta Village promotes sustainable living in an idealistic, natural environment incorporating ample use of natural light in its design ethos, which paves way for minimal power consumption.  The development has adopted an exceptional rainwater harvesting technique as part of its vision of incorporating sustainable construction methodologies.

Ministerial City (Cité Ministérielle)

ACC is pleased to announce it has secured a large project in the Republic of Benin as part of its carefully calibrated West Africa expansion.

The Ministerial City Project serves as one of the cornerstone projects of the Beninese Government Action Programme to enhance government effectiveness and ability through the creation of a state-of-the-art office complex that will exclusively cater for the various government ministries.

The project is located in Cotonou and is adjacent to foreign embassies, the National Congress and the Presidential Palace. Upon its completion, it will be the heart of the central business district.

The project encompasses a site of approximately 5 hectares that will be developed to include 10 fully fitted and furnished office buildings. These smart buildings will be approximately 5,000 m2 each and be ground + five floors. The works will also include the construction of ancillary buildings, a central car park structure and the public realm and in infrastructure works.

As part of our full spectrum offering, ACC also arranged the financing for the project.

Mashreq Bank Headquarters Tower

Designed by one of the worlds leading architectural consultancies, SOM,  the 32-story-tall Mashreq Bank Headquarters, with its boldly cantilevered form, has a built-up area of 71,000 m² and includes a range of facilities comprising of retail banking, conference facilities, an auditorium, a landscaped garden and 35,000 m² of premium office space.

The L shaped typical floor plate opens to the north with its orientation allowing offices on both sides.  The glass facades of the building capture daylight and limit solar gain through a sophisticated series of horizontal and vertical shading devices that articulate the building’s primary facades.  The screen elements provide dynamic perspectives of the building when it is viewed from different angles

The tower consists of four levels of basement (carparks, MEP & Plant Equipment), an eight level podium consisting of parking facilities, cafeteria, conference centers, Auditorium (350 seats), Banqueting Hall, and other facilities such as a roof top terrace, dining, executive offices, meeting rooms, lounge, board room, informal meeting spaces, landscaped gardens and panoramic views of the Sheikh Zayed Road.

Clemenceau Medical Centre (CMC)

The hospital will have 91 beds, 6 operating theatres, 44 consultation clinics, robotic surgery, and wide-ranging inpatient and outpatient services offering the latest technologies and medical procedures. 

The project will incorporate 4 basements, a ground floor, 7 medical floors, 3 mechanical floors and a roof.

The hospital is part of the Clemenceau Medicine Network of hospitals, including the Clemenceau Medical Center in Beirut, Lebanon, which is affiliated with John Hopkins Medicine International. CMC will have a department dedicated to medical travelers where multi-lingual patient coordinators plan all aspects of medical travel from consultation and hospital admission, to transport and hotel arrangements and second opinion consultations via telemedicine.

The Address Sky View

The 61-storey Tower One will contain serviced apartments, a spa and the “Sky Collection” – luxury apartments above the Bridge Deck. 56-storey Tower Two will contain a 167 key 5* hotel and serviced apartments.

The towers will be linked by a three-level Sky Bridge at floor 51, offering 360-degree vistas of Downtown Dubai and panoramic views of the Gulf. It includes an open leisure deck with pool; recreational, restaurant and bar facilities; a public viewing deck; a fully glazed cantilevered Skywalk accessed from Tower Two via dedicated panoramic shuttle elevators; and luxury duplex apartment units. The towers rise from a three-level mixed-use podium, constituting the hotel entrance and lobby; hotel restaurants; hotel ballroom; recreational facilities; outdoor pools and landscaped leisure areas; serviced apartment entrances and lobbies; and retail components. The development also has a three-level basement car park.The towers will be linked directly to the Dubai Metro and The Dubai Mall via an air-conditioned travelator.
