Rising majestically from its beachside setting, Etihad Towers’ dramatic sculptural form and spectacular design are an icon of the Abu Dhabi skyline. This unique and prestigious mixed-use complex is made up of five towers ranging from 54 to 75 floors and cover an area of over 400,000 m².
This integrated complex consists of 2 residential towers with over 800 apartments, an office tower, 5-star hotel tower with 382 rooms and a branded serviced apartment tower with 199 apartments over a three-floor podium containing a boutique mall.
The iconic Sun & Sky Towers completed by ACC form part of the Shams megaproject on Reem Island. Consisting of two towers above the Boutik mall, the towers range in height from the residential Sun Tower rising 247 m at 64 floors to the commercial Sky Tower reaching 292 m at 74 floors above podium level.
The Towers’ distinctive elliptical shape has been designed to reduce wind resistance and soften its dominance over the development.

Fountain Views is a prestigious mixed-used skyscraper development constructed by ACC and located in Downtown Dubai overlooking the Dubai Mall and Fountains. The project’s three distinct towers continue ACC’s legacy of redefining Dubai’s iconic skyline into an architectural marvel.
The imposing development consists of three high-rise towers, a 59-storey tower consisting of 283 serviced apartments, another 59-storey tower with 290 residential apartments and the middle tower being a 65-storey 5-star hotel.

The Strategic Water Storage Recovery Project in Liwa, Abu Dhabi was one of the largest projects of its kind in the world.
The objective of the project is to infiltrate and store 27 million cubic metres of desalinated water in natural underground aquifers to form a strategic reserve that can be recovered and used in emergency conditions.
ACC’s role in the project included design, supply, construction and commissioning of 200 water wells, 160 km of interconnecting piping and transfer pipeline (48″ and 36″ diameter), five pumping stations, MV and LV substations, 500 km of electrical and instrumentation cables with DCS and SCADA control systems.
ACC delivered the civil and structural works on the Reverse Osmosis Plant Extension Project in Fujairah, UAE.
The Project comprises the detailed design, procurement and construction of Civil & Structural works of Reverse Osmosis Extension Plant facilities on unused land that forms part of the existing F1 Plant. The scope also included ACC laying the GRP pipeline network including steel supports installation.
Almas Tower is a luxury landmark high-rise office tower in Dubai’s Jumeriah Lakes Towers development and is home to the Dubai Diamond Exchange.
The office development consists of two intersecting elliptically shaped towers on a sculptured 3-storey podium. The taller tower is 360 m high and has 65 storeys above ground. The smaller tower is 240 m high with 54 storeys above ground. There are 4 basement levels containing car parks and plant and equipment rooms.
The NGL Pipeline Pumps & Allied Works project at Asab-0 involved installation of NGL pumps with associated civil, piping, electrical, instrumentation, telecom and tie-ins works. It also included testing, pre-commissioning and assistance to the company for commissioning and the start-up of new facilities.
The purpose of the project was to replace existing NGL pipeline pumps with new ones of bigger capacity to cater for increased production and to carry out de-bottlenecking of the existing plant to facilitate the operation of the new pumps.
ACC’s scope included construction of pump sheds to accommodate new NGL pumps and VSD motors; a new substation building with 11kV and LV power system for operation and control of the new facilities; piping fabrication installation and testing; modification of existing electrical panels and DCS system; executing tie-in works under a major shutdown to integrate the new facilities with the existing plant; removing the old pumps and demolishing existing facilities after successful operation of new installations.
48 Burj Gate is located in a prestigious location in Downtown Dubai, close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
This mixed-use development is made up of two towers. The first is a 45-story residential/office tower consisting of 17 floors of offices and 182 apartments over 26 floors of residential units with two mechanical floors.
Tower two is a 24-floor, 5-star hotel tower providing 350 rooms and suites.
At 381 metres and 91 floors, Elite Tower is one of Dubai Marina’s most striking landmarks and amongst the tallest residential towers in the world.
A supertall skyscraper, the buildings stand at an impressive height of 381 m and have 91 floors. Of the 91 floors, 76 are for 695 apartments and the other 15 include amenities such as car-parking, swimming pools, spas, reception areas and health clubs.
The Rose Rotana, located on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road was one of the world’s tallest hotels at the time of completion, standing at 333 metres tall and 72 floors.
Part of the first of the Dubai skyscrapers to towers, the Rose Rotana was built by ACC to an impressive time frame, completed within 32 months, in a steel frame and composite construction methodology.
The 5-star hotel consists of 535 rooms and includes all the expected amenities and facilities with an adjacent 9 story car park connected to the main tower by a pedestrian bridge.
