It will provide hotel accommodation, commercial/retail spaces, car parking spaces, public spaces and public amenities to support religious, social and commercial activities to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims during Hajj and Ramadan seasons and other visitors all year round.

The project is located over the Jabal Omar mountain, to the west of the Grand-Haram and covers an area of 230,000m² . It includes two building platforms, four hotel towers, a central commercial market and other related facilities.

Since the conception of the project, the Jabal Omar Development Company has been keen to ensure that it properly reflects the genuine character of the place and the extensive services required. The project owners have strived hard to adhere to the highest standards of quality and excellence in both planning and design, taking into consideration the full range of environmental requisites and eco-friendly engineering standards.

The tower includes three basements, a ground floor, 19 office floors, two garden floors and three technical floors.

The work includes all structural and civil, architectural and MEP works with all associated builder’s works and internal finishes. The MEP scope of works covers HVAC, plumbing, sanitary works, fire fighting, electrical and LV systems.
