The third phase of the Jabal Omar scheme saw ACC deliver the construction of four towers with a total built-up area of 403,000 square metres. The Towers vary in height from 30 to 55 stories and consist of 5-star hotels and serviced apartments.
The uniqueness of the project lies in its massive size, its complex architecture, and its challenging design: two towers connected by a 40 metre long-span bridge.
Selected for its technical capability and experience in delivering highly complex projects, ACC was recently awarded the new Al Inma Bank HQ project. Designed by the world-renowned Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) of whom ACC has delivered previous projects with, the Al Inma Bank HQ will be one of the most exclusive commercial properties in Riyadh and amongst its most notable tall towers in the Riyadh skyline.
ACC was appointed by the Ministry of Interior to construct 2,600 housing units comprising villas, townhouses and apartments in the Jizan region of KSA across three different townships.
ACC’s scope included the full spectrum of works including delivering the project in design and build basis with construction execution utilising precast technology.
ACC was recently appointed to deliver Taiba Investments new flagship 5-star hotel in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ultra-modern design of two separate wings connected by a bridge will be an iconic addition to Taiba’s portfolio and the latest in a string of hotels completed in KSA’s holy cities.

ACC’s extensive industrial experience has been augmented by its role on the SIBCO Mega Plant in Jeddah, which is billed as one of the largest bottling plants in the world, with an overall area of 138,000 m².
ACC’s work covered the main factory building and all support structures including the civil and MEP components.
The Al Nakhla Tower is a design and build project consisting of a distinct office tower, located in the Al Aqeeq area of Riyadh opposite King Abdullah Financial District. Renowned as one of the few premium commercial towers in Riyadh, the tower includes three basements, a ground floor, 19 office floors, two garden floors and three technical floors.
The work includes all structural and civil, architectural and MEP works with all associated builder’s works and internal finishes. The MEP scope of works covers HVAC, plumbing, sanitary works, firefighting, electrical and LV systems.
