Designed as a state-of-the-art office complex to enhance government effectiveness and ability, this complex project entails delivering 10 interconnected and integrated office buildings with associated parking, utility, landscaping and security facilities.

With a proven track record in delivering large scale complex social infrastructure projects, ACC was selected by the Benin state to construct and deliver turnkey this large regional government office complex as part of its government services expansion plan. The Administrative City comprises 16 low rise modern office buildings fully fitted out with associated car park structures, medical centre and conference facilities. The project is located on a 40-acre site with intricate soft and hard landscaping works including the road network and utilities.
