Delivering a Leading Government Office Development in Western Africa

Administrative City

ACC has been appointed by the Government of Guinea to deliver its largest public works project to date under a comprehensive Design and Build contract. The development is conceived as a modern government office complex that will strengthen administrative capability and enhance service delivery across multiple ministries and departments.

The project includes 12 interconnected office buildings, an auditorium, a pavilion building, and extensive supporting infrastructure comprising parking facilities, utilities, landscaping, and security systems. The masterplan is designed to promote efficiency, accessibility, and collaboration within a secure and sustainable campus environment.

ACC is responsible for the complete design, engineering, and construction of the development, including civil works, architectural execution, MEP systems, façade installation, and external works. In addition to its technical delivery role, ACC also arranged structured project financing—demonstrating its ability to combine construction expertise with tailored financial solutions for large-scale government initiatives.

The Administrative Complex in Conakry represents a key milestone in Guinea’s public infrastructure advancement and reflects ACC’s commitment to supporting institutional development through integrated, high-quality project delivery.
