Mashreq Bank Headquarters Tower

Designed by one of the worlds leading architectural consultancies, SOM,  the 32-story-tall Mashreq Bank Headquarters, with its boldly cantilevered form, has a built-up area of 71,000 m² and includes a range of facilities comprising of retail banking, conference facilities, an auditorium, a landscaped garden and 35,000 m² of premium office space.

The L shaped typical floor plate opens to the north with its orientation allowing offices on both sides.  The glass facades of the building capture daylight and limit solar gain through a sophisticated series of horizontal and vertical shading devices that articulate the building’s primary facades.  The screen elements provide dynamic perspectives of the building when it is viewed from different angles

The tower consists of four levels of basement (carparks, MEP & Plant Equipment), an eight level podium consisting of parking facilities, cafeteria, conference centers, Auditorium (350 seats), Banqueting Hall, and other facilities such as a roof top terrace, dining, executive offices, meeting rooms, lounge, board room, informal meeting spaces, landscaped gardens and panoramic views of the Sheikh Zayed Road.

Clemenceau Medical Centre (CMC)

The hospital will have 91 beds, 6 operating theatres, 44 consultation clinics, robotic surgery, and wide-ranging inpatient and outpatient services offering the latest technologies and medical procedures. 

The project will incorporate 4 basements, a ground floor, 7 medical floors, 3 mechanical floors and a roof.

The hospital is part of the Clemenceau Medicine Network of hospitals, including the Clemenceau Medical Center in Beirut, Lebanon, which is affiliated with John Hopkins Medicine International. CMC will have a department dedicated to medical travelers where multi-lingual patient coordinators plan all aspects of medical travel from consultation and hospital admission, to transport and hotel arrangements and second opinion consultations via telemedicine.

The Address Sky View

The 61-storey Tower One will contain serviced apartments, a spa and the “Sky Collection” – luxury apartments above the Bridge Deck. 56-storey Tower Two will contain a 167 key 5* hotel and serviced apartments.

The towers will be linked by a three-level Sky Bridge at floor 51, offering 360-degree vistas of Downtown Dubai and panoramic views of the Gulf. It includes an open leisure deck with pool; recreational, restaurant and bar facilities; a public viewing deck; a fully glazed cantilevered Skywalk accessed from Tower Two via dedicated panoramic shuttle elevators; and luxury duplex apartment units. The towers rise from a three-level mixed-use podium, constituting the hotel entrance and lobby; hotel restaurants; hotel ballroom; recreational facilities; outdoor pools and landscaped leisure areas; serviced apartment entrances and lobbies; and retail components. The development also has a three-level basement car park.The towers will be linked directly to the Dubai Metro and The Dubai Mall via an air-conditioned travelator.

Volante

The development consists of two apartment types: half-floor units and full-floor units. The half-floor units have two bedrooms and are 5,000 square feet. The whole-floor units have five bedrooms and are 10,000 square feet.

Volante also includes a spa, gym, sauna, treatment rooms and steam room; a lounge area including a coffee bar, conference room and cinema; and an outdoor pool deck including an infinity pool, BBQ area and external spa treatment areas.

Al Meena Tower

Located on Mina Road over a plot area of 2,688 m², this modern development consists of two residential towers of 36 floors each. The accommodation is made up of two, three and four bedroom apartments. A swimming pool and health club is located on the roof top of the tower, providing a sanctuary away from the buzz of the capital below.

Beneath the residential floors are five basements (mainly parking and driveways),  a ground floor, and mezzanine levels dedicated to high-end retail outlets over three podium floors.

Gate Towers

Its most imposing structure is comprised of three 64-storey residential  towers providing pillar support for a sky bridge of penthouses. Balancing this monument is a 22-storey residential Arc structure. All buildings are joined by three basement levels, ground floor, and a five-storey podium containing townhouses, car parking and retail shops. The project is linked by a sky bridge to the BOUTIK mall.

Facilities within the project include several gymnasiums, squash courts, a movie theatre, recreational rooms and indoor children’s play rooms. The huge podium has 460,000sqft of sporting and leisure amenities including two public pools with 25 m lap lanes, a lazy river, children’s pools, shaded children’s play areas, running tracks, tennis and multipurpose courts, and garden lounge areas spread throughout.

World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi

Its construction is generally recognised as the largest building contract awarded in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The award-winning 92-storey residential tower, The Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid,  is 382 m high and is the tallest building in Abu Dhabi.   It offers 474 apartments and penthouses, with some of the best sea and city views across Abu Dhabi.  It was named “6th Best new skyscraper in 2014” by Emporis and was the 2015 winner of the “Best Tall Building in the Middle East and Africa” by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

The office tower reaches 59 storeys with 72,000 m² of prime office space. Unique sky offices offer unparalleled panoramic views of the city. These are equipped with an innovative ventilated facade, especially coated to reflect infrared-solar radiation

The smallest tower,  at 16 storeys, houses the 4* Courtyard by Marriott hotel with 195 rooms.

Etihad Towers

This unique and prestigious mixed-use complex is made up of five towers ranging from 54 to 75 floors and covers an area of over 500,000 m².

Tower 1 (75 floors) serves as the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers hotel and serviced apartments, offering 382 rooms and suites, 199 luxurious serviced apartments and an array of beauty, fashion and relaxation amenities.

Sun and Sky Towers

Tower One, ‘Sky Tower’, the taller of the two at 292 m is one of the tallest buildings in Abu Dhabi. Tower Two, ‘Sun Tower’ is 247 m.

The Towers’ distinctive elliptical shape has been designed to reduce wind resistance and soften its dominance over the development.

This iconic mixed-use development will serve as entry point to developer Aldar’s mega development at Shams. Sky Tower has 474 residential units and 75,300 m² of commercial office space while Sun Tower is exclusively residential with 680 units. They are joined by the Podium which houses a mall, three gyms, cafe’s and restaurants.

The open-air leisure deck above the podium offers three swimming pools, a jacuzzi, tennis courts and children’s play areas.
