The Dbaye Waterfront City Project is a luxury development in Beirut developed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties.

The mixed-use project consists of 10 luxurious waterfront apartment buildings as well as shops and restaurants. ACC carried out the works on turnkey basis and delivered more than 330 luxury apartments.

Platinum Tower, Beirut

Platinum Tower is considered the most prestigious building on the Beirut seafront and has become an icon of the Beirut skyline.

The design stands out with its unique envelope of custom designed glazing which created a combination of reflection, comfort and transparency turning the project into a gem-like structure.

The building includes 75 very high standard residential units, ranging in size from 560 m² to 1,750 m².

UN ESCWA Building, Beirut

This prestigious office building located in the heart of the Beirut Central District is the home of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia.

An office building of 16 storey and of integral importance to the theatre of operations for the UN, the most advanced systems were selected to ensure an uninterruptible and comfortable work environment.

The architecture is in the shape of an arch, with an internal landscaped atrium providing a pleasant, shaded area with trees, flowers and benches.  The nine-story development has a total floor area of 43,000 square metres with underground parking spaces.

The iconic façade is made of unitised panels of mixed curtain wall with advanced laminating films allowing light transmissions but limiting the amount of solar heat transmitted into the building.

The Hilton Habtoor Grand Hotel, Beirut

The Hilton Habtoor Grand Hotel in Beirut (formerly known as the Metropolitan City Centre) is a 130 m tall, 33-storey luxury hotel, in the Sin El Fin area of the city.

At the time of construction, it was the tallest building in Lebanon.

The hotel also has the largest convention centre in Lebanon, a shopping mall and links to the Hilton Metropolitan Palace Hotel across a pedestrian bridge.

The 5th to 15th floors include 110 luxurious guest rooms and 22 suites. Floors 16-24 include 18 four -bedroom apartment suites and floors 25 and 26 each offer two penthouse suites of 1,100 m².
