ACC India has recently been selected as the Main Contractor to build the prestigious Versace Tower by Unity Group Delhi. This 45-level luxury residential development is part of the Amaryllis Residential Development located in the heart of Delhi’s CBD.

This project is part of a 40-acre development and comprises of a branded luxury twin tower, developed in association with Gianni Versace.  Once completed, it would be the tallest approved tower in Delhi at 182 metres in height.  The twin tower comprises of 3 Basement + Ground + 45 floors and encompasses 160 ultra-luxury apartments with interiors designed by Versace Home.

ACC India has recently been selected as the Main Contractor to build the R&S Tower by the Unity Group Delhi.  This 38-level project is part of the Amaryllis Residential Development located in the heart of Delhi’s CBD.

This project is part of a 40-acre development and comprises of a branded luxury twin tower, developed in association with Gianni Versace. The twin tower comprises of 3 basement, a ground and 38 further floors and encompasses 456 ultra-luxury apartments with interiors designed by Versace.

ACC India has recently been selected as the Main Contractor to build the prestigious Utalika Tower C. The project is part of the Utalika D phase Residential Development and will involve the construction 176 luxury apartments per tower contained in an articulated 32-storey development twin tower development.

ACC India has been awarded the construction contract to build the prestigious Urbana Tower by the Bengal NRI Group Kolkata. Rising to 43 floors, the tower will boast luxury residential apartments and penthouses.

The project is part of the Urbana Phase 1 Residential Development and  is located approximately 1 km from the lifeline of Kolkata eastern metropolitan Bypass, near Ruby Xing.

ACC is currently delivering Northern India’s signature development that will mark the Delhi skyline.

The Spira, part of the luxury Supernova Development in Noida, will be the tallest tower in Northern India, standing at 80 floors and rising to 300 metres and will eventually be the second tallest tower in India.

It will offer two luxury hotels, premium and luxury retail brands, offices and 13-floors of serviced residences and apartments.

The tower will have a helipad, an observatory deck, an exclusive clubhouse, high-tech and high-speed elevators and boast a panoramic view of the Okhla bird sanctuary.

ACC completed the Zarina Tower, one of a cluster of five towers in this premium residential development.

Comprising 117 apartments and penthouses, the Zarina Tower was designed and built to the highest of standards including all the amenities expected form a luxury real estate development.

Rare Earth is a premium residential development of five towers situated in Kolkata.

ACC completed a cluster of 5 towers, each of which is 35-storeys high and in total the development offers 495 three and four-bedroom apartments.

Kolkata’s maiden skyscraper, ‘The 42’, is located at 42 B Chowringhee, the high-rise boulevard that has shaped the Kolkata skyline.

Standing at 252 metres, the super-luxury residential is the tallest building in Eastern India.

Though the skyscraper’s height is equivalent to an 80-storey building, The 42 is 62 storeys tall, having a plate area of 7000 sq. ft and housing 58 bungalow apartments stacked one over the other. The first four storeys make up the lobby and one service floor. Another 2 service floors are found above the 18th and 41st floors.
