Luxury Elevated – ACC Appointed as Main Contractor for Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai
Earlier this year, Dubai-based diversified investment firm Shamal awarded the main works contract for the landmark Baccarat Hotel and Residences Dubai to Arabian Construction Company (ACC). With a built-up area of 117,332 m², the project is set to redefine ultra-luxury living and hospitality in Downtown Dubai, offering unmatched views of the Burj Khalifa.

Project Progress
Groundbreaking for the iconic development took place in January 2024, with enabling works and infrastructure packages now 100% complete. ACC, appointed as the Main Works Contractor, will imminently begin mobilization.
