ACC Group secures contract to deliver Marassi Red Sea residential development in Egypt

Under the contract, ACC Group has been appointed as main contractor for the Marina buildings, comprising 32 residential buildings and 750 units across approximately 100,000 square metres of built-up area. The scope also includes nine swimming pools, structured parking and associated works. 

Construction is now underway as Marassi Red Sea progresses into its next phase of development.

The award builds on ACC Group’s longstanding relationship with Emaar Misr, having contributed to several of the developer’s major communities in Egypt, including Marassi North Coast, Soul, Cairo Gate and Mivida.

ACC will bring its experience in delivering complex, multi-building developments to the project, with an integrated approach to construction, engineering coordination, quality management and programme delivery. The Marina buildings will form part of the wider waterfront community, combining Mediterranean-inspired architecture with contemporary residential and leisure environments. 

Marassi Red Sea is being developed as a major integrated destination on Egypt’s Red Sea coast, bringing together residential, hospitality, leisure and marina components. The first phase of the development is scheduled for handover in 2029. 

The latest award further strengthens ACC Group’s presence in Egypt and reflects its continued role in delivering major developments that support the growth of communities and destinations across the region.
